Painting the curbs and culverts
As Webelos, the boys must earn (or re-earn) their citizen beltloop as part of earning the citizen activity pin. The boys have already participated in a number of cleanup projects and were looking for something different. The parks and recreation supervisor at the city was very excited to work with them and our project was to paint parking curbs and two culverts in a local park. The parks and rec department provided the paint and supplies and we provided the labor. The boys loved it and did a great job!
